{"id":151,"date":"2019-09-24T08:42:27","date_gmt":"2019-09-24T08:42:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miss55pluscaricangroup.com\/?page_id=151"},"modified":"2023-09-20T18:23:39","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T18:23:39","slug":"objective","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/miss55pluscaricangroup.com\/index.php\/objective\/","title":{"rendered":"Our objectives"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MISSISSAUGA 55 PLUS CARIBBEAN-CANADIAN GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fostering Fellowship, Unity and Cultural Development in the First Generation Caribbean Community<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OUR OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improve access to services for individuals in the 55 plus\u00a0age category, and their relatives\/descendants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provide appropriate social and educational training for members.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provide an effective method of communication between the Caribbean community and the Mississauga senior population.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create an environment which promotes the interchange of ideas and knowledge about the infrastructure of our community.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enhance the social, economic and general well-being of the Mississauga 55 Plus Caribbean-Canadian Group.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provide leadership to our youth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MEMBERSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership is open to any individual of 55 years and over who is committed to the\u00a0 Objectives of the Mississauga 55 Plus Caribbean-Canadian Group.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meetings are held on a Tuesday from 1:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership fees are recommended to the membership, by the Executive,\u00a0for consideration.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MISSISSAUGA 55 PLUS CARIBBEAN-CANADIAN GROUP Fostering Fellowship, Unity and Cultural Development in the First Generation Caribbean Community OUR OBJECTIVES Improve access to services for individuals in the 55 plus\u00a0age category, and their relatives\/descendants.
